Family business, husband Bryan George, wife Gaynor George, eldest son Christopher George and two employees. Home killed beef, lamb and pork fresh from local farmers. Livestock bought from local farms or local markets and slaughtered in our own abattoir. Home made pies, faggots, sausages and burghers using our own fresh produce. Local products include turkey, chicken, cheese and eggs. Our reputation has been built not only on our superior produce but also on our excellent relationship with local livestock producers, retailers and consumers which include top restaurants in the area. Bryan has been interviewed and articles appeared in Country Living, Conde Nast Traveller and numerous newspapers. He also spoke twice on the Food Programme which was broadcast nationally on Radio 4 (result of which he had letters from as far away as Australia)
